"God's Country" is not only the name of this film but its location, a small Christian camp in the middle of the Mojave Desert. The scenery is as beautiful as the story, that of a struggling ministry about to go under due to lack of financing. When the real estate company that holds a mortgage on the property has other plans for the land, they send their "top gun", Meghan Doherty, out to close a private deal for the property before another creditor can seize the assets. Camp owner Eden Graham makes a deal with Meghan to stay for six days and experience all God's Country has to offer and if she is still intent on taking over the land, he will sign the deal and give up his dream. What follows is a great, fun fish-out-of-water story the entire family can enjoy as Meghan Doherty tries to navigate her way through six days in God's Country. 

City meets country in this wonderfully made story of friendship, trust and faith. God is honored throughout the film and Meghan soon learns to trust in Him as well. GOD'S COUNTRY shows that, with faith and love, it is never too late to learn where real riches can be found. The movie shows God's redemptive hand at work in the lives of people.

I would ask every Christian to do 2 things.

1. If possible please buy this movie. Do you know that there are 2.2 billion Christians on earth today. But only a privileged few, around 12% have the means and the accessibility to buy Christian films. Many Christians are too poor to buy movies or live in places where Christian films are not available. 
That's not all. Out of the 12% who have the means and accessibility to buy Christian media, only around 0.5% ever buys a Christian movie. In other words only 1 out of 200 Christians ever buys a Christian movie. Pathetic isn't it?
Please buy the movies to keep Christian films in business. And please do pray for the Christian movie makers and their families.

2. Please seed the movies for as long as possible. If possible make copies and distribute to your poor neighbors. And please do pray for the movie makers and their families. Remember the Kingdom of Heaven is in you and so is the choice of Heaven/Hell.
